 How to find us

The Custard Factory is a 15-minute walk from both Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street train stations. Regular buses also run from these stations. You may find this link helpful for planning your journey, and this map shows our location relative to the train stations and main roads.

Driving 

Birmingham has a Clean Air Zone and a congestion charge of £8 a day for driving through the city centre in certain vehicles. You can find out whether this applies to your car by looking on the government website. The Custard Factory is within the central zone, so if your vehicle is affected you’ll need to park in one of the car parks 15 minutes walk away outside the zone. There are maps online. 

 Parking

There is a small car park at the Custard Factory, North Yard Car Park, with very limited space - it’s also relatively expensive. Other cheaper car parks are within a 10 minute walk. Please look online for ‘Custard Factory parking’ to check out the options.

 Arrival

Please come to the main reception on the ground floor (through the glass doors opposite the Green Man Statue) where a staff member will be notified to escort you to our area.

Accessibility

The Custard Factory is an accessible space. There are lifts to the floor used by BTPP and accessible toilets.
