Infant Mental Health
Due to a very positive response to the similar courses run in the Spring term we are pleased to repeat the 'Introduction to Infant Mental Health - 5 week training course' and the 'Introductory workshop on Infant Mental Health', both run by Becky Wylde (flyer).
The 5 week course will happen on Thursdays in September 2017 Cost £100.00 (bursaries available on application)
The course will focus on:
Exploring the emotional experience of the Infant and Young Child through discussion, reading and work experience and the teaching will be delivered in small groups. It will also include thinking about the practice and principles of Infant Observation.
The 'Infant Mental Health teaching workshop' will be on Thursday 11th of May: 10:00am - 12:30pm Cost: £20.00
This will be a morning taster of discussion and teaching - thinking about the emotional experience of the infant and introducing ideas relating to the study of Infant Observation. Participants of this workshop may wish to continue to the 5 week training course in June.
